Early Registration (Early Bird)

Authors who make their payment before 30 June 2019 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.

Student Rate

Student rates are eligible for students who registered as full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students. In order to claim the rates, the students must send scanned copy of their student identity card by email to address iaes.eecsi[at]gmail.com along by introducing their paper ID, after receive acceptance notification from the conference committee.

Note:

• One standard registration covers the registration of one paper and the participation of one presenter.
• Every participant must register separately: if two co-authors attend, each of them has to register.
• Author with additional paper: If an author has two (or more) accepted papers, per additional paper will be charged US$ 150 (for international participant) or IDR 1,250,000 (for local participant). Seminar kit is provided only one for each registered participant.
• Registration fee includes the two days conference sessions (keynotes & parallels), seminar kit, 3x coffee breaks, 2x lunches, and a dinner for all registered participants.
• Local participant (Indonesian) category is intended for those participants who affiliated with Indonesian institutions.
• Support letters for entry visa will only be issued to attendees who have successfully paid their registration fees in full.
