Call for Special Session Proposals

 2017 4th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics 2017 (EECSI 2017)

The 2017 4th EECSI Program Committee is inviting proposals for special sessions to be held during this conference to improve the technical program & focus on specific topics & areas, will include special sessions, in addition to regular ones. The session should be within a very specific topic. Special sessions can cover subjects or cross-subjects belonging to the topics of interest, or novel topics related with the ones identified within the topics of interest. If you are interested in organizing a special session, please contact General Chair: Tole Sutikno (tole@ee.uad.ac.id), cc: lppi@uad.ac.id.

The conference will list the session on the web. The session chair will manage the publicity of his session. It is expected that each session will attract 5-8 registered papers. All special session organizers must obtain firm commitments from their special session presenters and authors to submit papers in a timely fashion (if the special session is accepted) and, particularly, present them at the EECSI 2017. Each special session organizer will be session chair for their own special sessions at EECSI 2017 accordingly. The session chairs will get a free registration for one of their papers.

The proposal for a special session should include title of the session, names and contact addresses of the organizers (these persons must attend the conference), technical outline of the session (50 words) and topics, and names/contact addresses of the potential reviewers and/or contributing authors.
